4. User Roles and Responsibilities

- Freelance Partners (Brokers) agree to act in good faith and adhere to the ethical standards set by Reparv.
- Misuse of the Platform may result in suspension or termination of access.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Reparv or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
6. Listing Information
- While we strive to provide accurate property details, Reparv does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or legality of listings.
- Users are encouraged to verify all information independently before making investment decisions.
7. Fees and Payments
- Reparv may charge service fees or commissions for certain features or transactions.
- Freelance Partners are subject to revenue-sharing terms as per their agreement with Reparv.
- All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Prohibited Conduct
